Basically Two Types Of Home Computers

There are
basically two types of home computers people can buy today, the IBM
Compatible Personal Computer (PC) made by many companies not just IBM,
or Apple's Macintosh (MAC) . I feel the IBM Compatible personal
computer is the best computer to buy for the beginning computer user
because of a number of reasons. First, there is more software and
components available. Second, more people know the PC and can help
you. Third, more stores exist for the PC then the MAC making it easier
to obtain software and components. There are some advantages of buying

Shop for Software First
I have found it sometimes helps if you shop for the software you want
to use before buying a new personal computer because you will be able
to see the computer requirements listed on the software packages that
you want to buy.
